Used Safelite through AAA for a broken windshield. Scheduling for a technician to come to my house was painless and seamless. Manny was my technician and kept me informed of his progress throughout his day and let me know when he would be at my house. Once he arrived, he went to work promptly and was done within 2 hours (including reprogramming the camera). He was super professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Not sure how good the actual Safelite location but I highly recommend their mobile service and Manny!

5 Stars? I give them 10! I cannot recommend Safelite and their Technician Denei enough. What an amazing experience after having my windshield broken by my gardeners who denied responsibility. Denei turned my frown upside down. He was kind, patient and professional. Safelite”s on line customer service rep was awesome too. Also the windshield itself is perfect too. I feel like I’m driving in HD! Thank You Safelite You Rock!

My brand new car had a crack in its windshield that kept growing. I contacted Safelite and within two days my windshield was replaced and calibrated back to perfection. I was so thankful the technician kept me updated throughout the day on his arrival time. He was extremely friendly and professional and even though the weather conditions were working against him, he did a fabulous job. I would definitely recommend Safelite!

Had an awesome experience with Safelite. I had a crack in my windshield. My service advisor, Jose, was extremely knowledgeable, punctual for our appointment and advised me about my windshield. We ended up going with the crack repair and he fully prepared me for the process when I do replace the windshield. He went over everything with me. It was a drive to my house appointment which was extremely convenient for me and my busy schedule. I can only hope to get someone as good as Jose, next time I need another service. Thank you, Jose from Safelite.

SafeLite didn’t keep our original appointment and I was forced to reschedule. I rescheduled for another day and I had to call Safelite at 1014 am for what was supposed to be an appointment between 7 am and 11 am. I had not heard from anyone by 1014 am. I was on the phone for 22 minutes while the representative supposedly tried to contact the person assigned to my appointment to no avails, and called “the shop” to no avail. No one would answer. I think I was finally notified close to or at 11 that he was on his way. The service person started around 1145. I was asked, via text, to pay prior to the job being done. When my husband got home, he took a look at the window and pointed out the messy job that was done. It was nothing Ike the first time the window had to be replaced a few hours ago. Yesterday, a sensor fell off the window because it must not have been attached properly. All in all, we are not happy about the experience we have had.
